Shah Zaman's bestowal to her husband, 1867
Shah Zaman, daughter of Amir Ibrahim (son of Amir ‘Abd al-Samad), bestows all her belongings upon her husband, Akhund Mulla Husayn (son of Akhund Haji ‘Abd Allah). These include: some pieces of land, the palm trees, two houses, household furnishings, and some copperware, gold, and silver.

Marriage contract of Khavar Sultan Khanum and Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, 1910
Marriage contract of Khavar Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Mahdi, and Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, the son of Haj Zayn al-‘Abidin. The mahr is a Qurʼan manuscript valued at five tumans, forty tumans cash, fifteen misqals of pure red gold, six mans [unit of weight] of copperware, carpets and rugs worth twenty five tumans, qalamkar bedding worth six tumans, some pieces of land and orchards, and a walnut tree. These were transferred from Haj Zayn al-‘Abidin to his son, Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, and then became part of the mahr. In August 1911, several testimonies concerning the mahr were added.

Settlement regarding divorce, 1933
Mir Muhsin Aqa from Ardabil has the power of attorney from his daughter, Halimah Khanum, to settle the following with her husband, Karbalayi Asad Allah, the son of the late Murad ‘Ali from Ardabil: half of her mahr, which includes seventy five tumans, four misqals of gold, and a Qur’an (valued at twelve thousand dinars) in exchange for Halimah Khanum's clothing and other belongings; he also settles the other half of the mahr as well as Halimah Khanum's rights according to Shari‘a in exchange for the divorce; she shall not have any claims regarding her mahr or remuneration.

Marriage contract of Shah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Jibraʼil Bayg, and Muhammad Bayg, son of the deceased Mashhadi Ismaʻil Bayg Shaykhanqi, dated December 26, 1918; the mahr is 200 tumans, bedding worth 10 tumans, an ewer and basin worth three tumans, and a gold ring worth five tumans. The attorney is Ashjaʻ al-Sultan.

Marriage contract of Zarrin Taj Khanum, daughter of ʻAbd al-Samad Khan Hasanabadi, and Husayn Pasha Khan Ajudanbashi [Head of aide-de-camp] of Amirtuman Amirbahadur, Muzaffar al-Din Shah's defence minister, dated May 24, 1885. The mahr is 500 tumans, a set of bedding worth 20 tumans, and a gold ring with a ruby gem worth 30 tumans. The witnesses are Karbalayi Fath Allah Taymur Bayg Mubashir and Aqa Mir ʻAli Akbar Mardanqumi

1- List of some household furnishings belonging to ‘Ala’ al-Mulk, which were in Amin al-Kuttab's house for safekeeping. Later, as noted in the margin, Sadiqkhan and Ghulam Husayn Khan gave some rugs to Haji Faraj Aqa Sarraf [the money changer]; 2- list of items inside a sealed box belonging to ‘Ala’ al-Mulk, which, with the help of Sadiqkhan Sartip [the brigadier] is held at Haji Faraj Sarraf's shop for safekeeping.

ʻAbd al-Husayn Ikram Khalvat, Haji Mahdiquli Khan Iʻzam Lashgar, ʻAliquli Khan, and Rajabʻali Khan, sons of the deceased Lutfʻali Khan Mir Panjah, his wife, Nazi Khanum, and his daughters, Rubabah Khanum and Zarrin Taj Khanum, have reached an agreement on the division of the inheritance: Nazi Khanum confirms that she has received her full share of the inheritance, including her mahr and dowry, and has no more claim on the other inheritors, except her share of the built houses and the building of the deceased Mir Panjah, and her share of what was owed to Mir Panjah by Sardar Mukri (which is...

Settlement concerning Qamar Taj Shams Aʻ zam's assets ,1924
In this settlement, Qamar Taj Shams Aʻzam, daughter of Amir Husayn Khan Nasir Nizam and wife of Aqa Mirza Ahmad Khan Muʼayyad al-Mulk, transfers her assets to Husayn Quli Khan Arfaʻ al-Mulk, the minor son of her husband. According to this settlement, Shams Aʻzam has the right to abrogate this settlement within 50 years. She abrogated the settlement on May 28, 1928.
